ABOUT ME

I am a clinical herbalist and spiritual healing guide with deep reverence for the wisdom of nature. I received formal training and certification in plant medicine from Cornell University and have been practicing herbalism and nutrition for more than ten years. I also studied Ayurveda in California, blending ancient and modern practices to support whole-being wellness.

I have learned from generational plant medicine keepers and tribal elders who shaped my understanding of healing as a sacred relationship between plants, spirit, and the body. My work is rooted in earth-based spirituality and guided by intuition, intention, and the remembrance of our innate wholeness. Through plant medicine, energetic healing, and personalized formulations, I support others in returning to balance, clarity, and embodiment.

Outside of my practice, I spend my time in nature and gardens, creating, reading, research, map-making, cooking, and caring for animals, who have always been teachers to me. I have also served as a death doula and hospice companion, work that deepened my devotion to compassion, presence, and the sacred transitions of life. In the end, we're all just trying to become more conscious, more loving, more present before our time is up.

“We’re all just walking each other home.”— Ram Dass
